Ingredients
- 100 g flaked almonds,
- 15 prunes,
- 100 g sugar,
- 50 g sesame seeds,
- 1 salad bowl, ice cubes,
- 1 large serving dish.
Preparation time: 10 min - Cooking time: 10 min
- Make a caramel with the sugar and ½ glass of
water.
- Brown the flaked almonds and set aside.
- Stone the prunes and fill them with the browned almonds
coarsely chopped.
- Fill the salad bowl with water and ice cubes.
- When the caramel is medium brown, turn off the heat and
add the sesame seeds.
- Pour over the stuffed prunes.
- Take a fork and coat the prunes with the caramel mixture.
- Then, put them in the salad bowl. Drain and serve.

- 200 g dessert chocolate,
- 3 pears in syrup,
- 20 prunes,
- Mint alcohol,
- Grilled flaked almonds,
- Toothpicks.
Preparation time: 15 min - Cooking time: 10 min
- Melt the chocolate in a double saucepan.
- Stone the prunes and cut them in 4 pieces.
- Add a few drops of mint alcohol.
- Stir, set aside.
- Cut the pears into 6 pieces.
- Coat the pieces of pears with the prunes.
- Skew them on the toothpicks.
- Dip in the melted chocolate and place on a bed of almonds.
Serve cold.
