1/2 litre of cream
60g caster sugar
2 sheets of gelatine
1 orange Lemon Pomelos
12 Agen pitted prunes
Fruit coulis (optional)
- Put the cream, the sugar and the vanilla into a saucepan and bring to the boil. When it comes to the boil, take the pan off the heat and add the 2 sheets of gelatine which have been bloomed in cold water.
Mix well and pour into bowls or glasses.
Leave to set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Once the panna cotta has set, add the prunes and freshly cut citrus fruits and enjoy.
