1 large chicken cut into 8 or 10 pieces
20 Agen prunes
1 glass of olive oil
1 Cayenne pepper
½ glass of water
Heat a little olive oil in a casserole dish and sear the pieces of chicken. Remove them from the pan when nicely coloured. Add the chopped onions, the Cayenne pepper and the Agen prunes (soaked in warm water and drained). Put the chicken back in the dish and add a little water. Put the lid on and cook over a low heat for one hour.
