Country-style parcels

Ingredients :
20 “giant” Agen prunes
3 chicken livers
20 thin slices of smoky bacon
30g of butter
Salt and pepper
4 sheets of aluminium foil
Rehydrate the prunes and pit them. Cut the 3 chicken livers into around 20 pieces. Sauté them in a little butter. Season. Stuff each prune with a piece of liver, then wrap with a strip of smoky bacon. Line up 5 stuffed prunes and wrap them carefully in aluminium foil. Bake these parcels in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
