French toast with prune jam

Ingredients :
1 piece of stale bread
1 egg
milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
a little cinnamon sugar
1 pot of prune jam
Preparation
Slice the stale bread into 1.5cm pieces. Soak them in the egg beaten with the milk and vanilla. Remove, then cook in a frying pan with butter. Sprinkle over a spoonful of cinnamon sugar and serve with a spoon of prune jam.
