Fried rice with prawns

Ingredients :
200g of basmati rice
200g of peeled prawns
1 egg
6 prunes
dill
1 lemon
Preparation
Cook the rice. Rinse the prawns and toss with a little lemon juice. Cut the prunes into strips. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. In a large frying pan, make an omelette with the beaten eggs and the finely chopped dill. Cut this omelette into strips. In an oiled pan, sauté the prawns. Add the prunes, the omelette pieces and the rice, then stir-fry for 5 minutes over a high heat. Serve immediately.
