300g of giant prunes
1 can of pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons of Armagnac
a few strawberries and/or raspberries for decoration
Drain the pineapple and put the pieces into a bowl. Peel the oranges, the bananas and the grapefruit. Slice the oranges and the bananas, and cut the grapefruit into pieces. Mix these together with the pineapple. Add the pitted Agen prunes. Flavour with Armagnac, mix well and chill. Add a few raspberries or strawberries for decoration.
