Mixed fruit salad

Ingredients :
16 very large or giant prunes
3 “petits suisses”
4 spoons of cream
9 spoons of sugar
1 small melon
250g of strawberries
3 oranges, 2 pears, 2 apples
250g of cherries
1 pineapple
1 lemon
1 spoon of kirsch or rum
Preparation
Remove the pits from the Agen prunes, but leave them whole. Beat the Petits Suisses with the cream and three spoons of sugar, and fill the prunes with this mixture. Scoop out the melon flesh using a spoon, and scoop little balls with a melon baller. Slice the oranges and dice the pears and apples. Clean the strawberries and stone the cherries. Cut the pineapple into large chunks. Mix all of the fruit together. Sprinkle with 4 to 6 tablespoons of sugar and dress with lemon juice. Serve chilled. You can flavour this with Kirsch or rum.
