Ingredients :
60 "very large" prunes
125g of ground almonds
30ml of Kirsch
granulated sugar
Preparation
Pit the prunes, keeping 20 aside. Chop the prunes and mix with the almonds and the Kirsch. Fill the 20 prunes with this mixture and roll in granulated sugar. Keep chilled and serve in paper cases.
