Prune filo triangles

Ingredients :
3 sheets of filo pastry
18 prunes
1 peppercorn
a little butter
½ litre of pouring custard
Preparation
Bring the water, sugar and pepper to the boil. Add the prunes and leave to macerate in the fridge. Drain, pit and blend the prunes. Pass through a sieve to obtain a prune purée. Individually butter the sheets of filo pastry and layer them. Place the purée in the centre and bring the edges together to form a triangle. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes. Arrange them on a plate, decorate with a prune and serve with pouring custard.
