Roquebrune Prunes

Ingredients :
24 “very large” Agen prunes
Roquefort Butter
1 roll of puff pastry
Preparation
Using a small, pointed knife, split the prune lengthwise and remove the pit. Beat the butter with the Roquefort. Stuff the prunes with this mixture. Wrap the prunes in thinly rolled puff pastry. Bake in a hot oven (gas mark 7) for 10 minutes.
