Roquefort canapés

Ingredients :
10 “very large” Agen prunes
20 slices of rye bread
½ a glass of cognac
100g of Roquefort
Preparation
Pit the prunes and split them in half lengthways.
Beat the butter with the Roquefort and the Cognac.
Spread onto the slices of bread.
Top with the halved prunes.
