Ingredients :
- 30ml of Amaretto
- 20ml of Prune juice
- 20ml of Apple juice
- 10ml of Pulco Lime Juice
- 1 Prunes in brandy
- 4/5 Ice cubes.
Preparation
- Put the ice cubes and all the ingredients in the bottom of a shaker except for the prune in brandy.
– Secure the top of the shaker and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
– Using a cocktail stick, delicately drop the prune in brandy into the glass.

Serve immediately!
