Ingredients :
100ml of prune juice
40ml of Cointreau
20ml of Tequila
Preparation
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes and add the prune juice, the tequila and the Cointreau. Close the shaker and shake for around 20 seconds to chill the cocktail. Fill 2 glasses and add finely crushed, loosely packed ice. Serve immediately, with a straw.
